In the Glorious Days of the old South, suppertime was always a time to gather around the table with family and friends. It was perhaps to discuss the war between the North and the South or maybe what wonderful social event they were attending, whatever they were discussing you could always be sure the food was abundant. Chicken and Pork were a staple along with garden fresh vegetables, corn pudding being an old family recipe, and a specialty of the plantation kitchen, homemade biscuits and finishing up with a mouth watering dessert. You would always have plenty of liquids to wash it all down with.
You all are invited to dine with us, and enjoy the company around the table, to eat and enjoy good conversations, and to just generally have a good time.
Yours truly,
Colonel OJ Simpson
